I'm a learning technologist at JISC Netskills, based at Newcastle University. I do research, development & training to help people use technology effectively.
My interests include education, social media, podcasting, digital video and animation, remote training, presentation design & mobile technologies.
(P.S. before joining Netskills, I did a Ph.D. in virology, followed by a couple of stints as a post-doc researcher working on HIV vaccines.)
